Silas, desperate for adventure and success, follows the thread and runs headlong into the cutthroat world of rumrunning, bootlegging, and crime of the Prohibition era, dragging those close with him along into his gambit.

an animated short film adaptation of H.G. Wells' classic short story
A politician's boyhood encounter with a green door that opened onto an idyllic garden in the heart of Victorian Edinburgh haunts him for decades. The door reappears over key moments of his life, and he is forced to pass it by in favor of the material world. Finally, successful but unfulfilled, he breaks down.
